Make it Monday [Skinny Chocolate Cheesecake Milkshake]

Skinny Chocolate Cheesecake MilkshakeAfter such a rich cake post last week, I thought I'd share a lighter sweet treat. I've been making this for breakfast and its super yummy! Its my Skinny Chocolate Cheesecake Milkshake!

Sweets for breakfast? Yes Please!










Ingredients

1/2 Cup Vanilla Soy Milk
1/2 Cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1/2 Cup Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
3 tsp Chocolate Cheesecake Jell-O mix [see below]
Ice



Chocolate Cheesecake Pudding Jell-O Mix
1 Package Sugar Free & Fat Free Chocolate Fuge
1 Package Sugar Free & Fat Free Cheesecake

Combine contents of both packages into a medium sized zip lock baggie. Seal zip top and shake to combine the two flavors.

Store in Zip Lock for future use.

For Milkshake 

Combine all ingredients [expect ice] in your blender and blend. Make sure cottage cheese is fully blended and no chunks are left.

Add ice and blend as you wish.

Ice is optional, I added it to make this a colder breakfast and more like a milkshake... since this uses pudding mix the shake will thicken within a few minutes.
